Hi. I’m Gracie and I’m just a little paranoid. After two months of frustrating effort to remove our personal information from data broker websites (174 *$@%! sites so far), I decided to document the steps I took -and mistakes I made – to help anyone who wants to begin protecting their privacy. When I started, I had no idea how many companies were making money by selling our personally identifiable information(PII). After a lot of research and some swearing, I began to put this thing together. Because we’re a military family, it’s especially important for us to protect our private information as part of personal security (PERSEC). The same is true for many folks – law enforcement, educators, court officials, therapists, etc… I believe ANY person should be able to control their publicly-visible information. This website is for anyone who wants to take control of their privacy. I hope it helps.
