Even though more people are becoming interested in privacy and removing ourselves from the internet, it’s still difficult to find helpful resources. I have a post with books that are super helpful and podcasts I enjoy.
The latest website I’ve been following is The Markup. One of the coolest posts on the site is called Blacklight where you can check how creepy the websites are where you visit. Blacklight will reveal the user trackers being used to watch what you’re doing online. Below is a screenshot of the test of my website. I’m happy that since I turned off all tracking through my site host, it turns up no tracking technology on my website. Enter the URL of your sites and be amazed at how they’re tracking what you’re doing online.
